Sidney Outten is a Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) Tax Specialist Consultant, she specializes in individual and legal entity client list. She has extensive experience with regulatory project initiatives related to defining and implementing business requirements for compliance and IT, including change management, budgets and forecasts, client onboarding and identification, due diligence, reporting, governance and tax withholding. Sidney possesses extensive knowledge of Model 1 and Model 2 IGA’s (Intergovernmental Agreements) and compliance regarding AML/KYC regulatory and policy requirements.
